Your Dell Laptop comes with a long cord connecting your computer to a wall outlet. This is the cable you use to charge your laptop battery. If you’re experiencing a problem with your Dell laptop battery not charging, there are a few things you can try to get it working again. First, make sure that the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet and your laptop. If the battery still isn’t charging, try changing the power adapter. If that still doesn’t work, try resetting your laptop by holding down the “power” button for ten seconds then release it.
